Project location is located in the Ras Al Khor neighborhood of Dubai within a vacant piece of land between the Samari Residence and Sahari staff accommodation. The plot is approximately 21,254 sqm. Consideration was given to ensure the connectivity and accessibility between the proposed development and the surrounding properties. The land is divided into two phases; one to be used for retail and the other to be an extension of the existing Samari Residence. The height limit is G+4 in accordance with many of the surrounding buildings. Phase I is consisting of the Retail Centre to serve the low-mid income residents of this neighborhood. This Centre will consist of a variety of retail options for residents to find their daily basic needs in a clean and safe environment.
