Meydan hosts the world’s richest horse race, the World Cup.  This 5 star facility has been in use for a number of years, but a number of technical and operational issues have been identified by AE7 with Meydan for the Hotel, and a strategy has been established for improving the hotel use and event day experience.  The key to a successful renovation for a fully-functioning 5 star hotel has been careful coordinated with Meydan to establish the upcoming events and how construction can work around these events.  The first stages of improvement will involve the majlis mostly used by the Royal Family along with associated Food and Beverage support facilities. The remainder of the Hotel will be improved in stages to upgrade all the public spaces.
