I need to return a new item for a refund/exchange:
If you wish to have an item refunded or exchanged we will be happy to do so.
Products can be returned within the first 12 months from purchase date.
Products must be returned with a copy of purchase invoice.
Products must be in original packaging and must be packed so they are not damaged in return transit.
- Products must not have been used or fitted.
- Products must be accompanied with our returns form.
- Please note that return postage is non-refundable.
I have received an incorrect item:
On the rare occasion that we have made a mistake and have sent you the wrong item, we will be happy to exchange this item and we shall pay your first class postage costs for returning it.
- Your item should be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Item must be in the original packaging.
- Items must not be fitted or used.
- Please include the postage receipt.
- We shall refund the postage costs for Royal Mail 1st Class. If a larger item needs returned we shall arrange a courier to collect from your door.
- Item must be accompanied with our returns form.
My purchase was damaged/broken when I received it:
We do everything in our power to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition for you. However if there is a problem with faulty or damaged goods please contact us so that we can deal with it as quickly as possible.
There is a part missing from my item:
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you find a part missing.
Please mention your order reference number so we can arrange a solution as quickly as possible.

I wish to return an item under warranty:
All goods purchased from Ae7 are covered by a full warranty. Generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects including poor workmanship.
If you feel that the product you purchased from Ae7 has developed a fault, then please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs.
- Goods must be clean and hygienic for inspection.
- We shall try to resolve your problem as fast and as smoothly as possible.
What next?
In all instances we will carry out a warranty inspection & contact you within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Our in house team of technicians will contact you and highlight the options open to you.
If your claim is a warranty issue we will repair/replace your product as fast as possible.
In some instances the manufacturer will require us to return the item back to them for an examination before repair or replacement can take place. In this case we will inform you of approximate turnaround time for your product.
We shall keep in close contact with the supplier and work hard to have your product fixed and back to you in the quickest time possible.
In a case when your warranty is invalid such as crash replacement.
Postage costs for all rejected warranty products will be payable by the customer.
You shall be contacted and asked if you would like to go ahead with servicing and additional parts needed to repair the product and these are payable by the customer.
Crash replacement may also be available at the reduced price for some but not on all products. Please ask for further details.
