An item is out of stock, when will you have it again?

You can Contact Us for an approximate time for the product to come back in stock.

I want an item that is not on Ae7.com.

If you are unable to find the item you are looking for Contact Us and we shall do our very best to get the product you want.

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders will be despatched as soon as possible. Many accessories will reach you in 1 - 2 days but we ask you to allow 3 - 5 days for your product to arrive.

Can I track my order?

Larger / more expensive items that are sent by special courier have a tracking code. You shall be informed when your product has been dispatched and given a tracking code so that you check where your product is.

Do you ship to...?

We can ship anywhere around the world. Please Contact Us for delivery charges outside the UK.

 

What postage method should I use to post products back to Ae7.com?

How can I amend/change an order?

If you have just purchased an item Contact Us immediately. If your product has already been shipped to you, we recommend you place an order for the product you want and follow our Returns Procedure for the product you would like to return.
